Prairie Creek Edibles Ltd. was started by a mother/daughter team to offer Celiacs and gluten allergy sufferers tasty, healthy baking. We also produce artisan fruit spreads, artisan dried fruit, and artisan fruit leather creations. We are custom bakers and not a bakery.

   Our kitchen has been health inspected and is designated gluten-free and nut-free. Almost all of the fruit used for our business is grown on our family farm.  What we cannot grow is BC sourced or organic at least.  We are located in Summerland, BC and welcome visitors to the farm.
