Pies and Pizza
All of our pie and tart shells are made with our custom Gluten-Free baking blend of flours and starches.
Our pizza crusts are not baking powder crusts but yeast crusts. They are par-baked 10 minutes so that you can take and make your own creations without over or under baking the crust.

Our pies come in individual, 5" and 8".
Gluten Free Pies - Fruit flavours include: Pumpkin, Ginger Pear (in season), Blueberry, Apple, Mixed Berry, Strawberry/Rhubarb (in season), Cherry (in season), Peach (in season) Apricot (in season), Lemon Meringue, and Key Lime.
Gluten Free MEAT PIES- After several requests for meat pies (and many batches of experiments), we now have meat pies available. A firm yet soft pastry holds the fillings. They are 4" around and 2" thick.
NEW!!!!! Gluten free TURKEY - White meat turkey with green beans (or veggies of your choice) in thick gravy.
NEW!!!!! Gluten Free LEEK - A fantastic mix of leek, onion, and turkey breast in a smooth gravy. This is an Irish Leek pie!
NEW!!!!! Gluten free VEGETARIAN - This flavourful, moist pie is stuffed with spinach, leeks, cheese, and onions.
Gluten Free BEEF - Traditional English meat pie (Liverpool influenced) with peas, carrots, onions, and ground beef in gravy.
Gluten Free RUBEN - Do you love the sandwich? Can't get enough corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut? Then our pie is for you!
All the gluten free meat pies can be frozen, taken to work or school, and popped in the microwave. Hot or cold they taste great!

These are our Gluten Free Butter Tarts w/Raisins.
Our gluten free pizza crusts are 8", 10", 12" or 14".
Gluten Free Pizza Crusts - Right now we only offer thin crust. Our flavours are: Garlic Herb, Oregano, Italian, and Plain.
These can be taken to your favourite pizza place to have your favourite toppings applied.
