All of our breads are made with a variety of gluten free flours and starch to maximize nutrition and fiber content. We are always playing with recipes to get the best product. If there is something you are missing, ask and we just might be able to make it for you! Rice Bran can always be added to our breads to increase fiber content if needed.
When ordering bread, orders must to be made in 2's. Minimum order for buns is 12 (1 dozen).
Gluten Free Prairie Harvest Bread - We had so many requests for a seedy-type bread, we developed this one. Full of whole pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and millet, it provides that extra crunch so many missed. It is also rich with vitamins and minerals plus extra fiber from all the seeds. It can also be made egg free.
Gluten Free Plain Bread - We should probably call it 'white' bread, but it has so much more going for it!
Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread - A little twist on our plain bread, it is packed with plump, unsulphered organic raisins, and great cinnamon flavour!
Gluten Free Flax Bread - Made with both ground and whole flax seeds, this bread is an Omega mouthful!
Gluten Free Cheese or Herb Cheese Bread - Have you missed cheese bread? Looking for something to go with a bowl of soup or stew but don't want a sandwich? This is the bread for you! Whether eaten on its own or with butter or extra cheese on top, it is a great flavour. Made with Parmesan and a mix of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, it is a delicious addition to any meal!
Gluten Free Hamburger Buns - These can also be made from any of our breads but come in different sizes: 3.5", 5" (big appetites are needed for this size).
